You may request a paper application by contacting support@unionrealestate.com. Please be advised that apartments are rented on a first come basis and choosing this option may delay the process.

Pay the application fee ($50/per applicant) and security deposit (equal to one month’s rent).

Please allow 1-2 business days for application processing.

How Does Your Residential Leasing Process Work?

We operate on a “first-come, first-served” basis — meaning, applications are processed in the order they are received. Thus, if you are interested in an apartment we highly encourage you to submit an application as quickly as you can.

We cannot hold the apartment for you until we receive a completed application, ID, deposit, and app fees.

You may submit an application and copy of your ID, but we will only hold the apartment once we receive the security deposit and application fee.
