The building superintendent is very nice and a welcoming man and the leasing agent, Max Gross, will always do his best to accommodate all your requests. The building itself is in the heart of Shadyside and literally in the middle of everything. Groceries, Dining, Hospital, Shipping, Bus Stations, you name it. I only moved out because I needed a bigger space for my family, but other than this, I would have stayed there for longer.”
