Senior Commercial Property Manager (construction experience preferred)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Property Manager to join our dynamic commercial real estate team.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of office and retail properties, ensuring all sites adhere to company standards and remain fully compliant with local, state and federal regulations.
- Lead vendor and contractor management, building strong, long-term relationships with service providers, architects and designers to deliver satisfactory work.
- Supervise on-site maintenance and operations teams, ensuring they are well-equipped to handle daily responsibilities efficiently and effectively.
- Prepare, monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are achieved and all expenditures remain within approved parameters.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining clear priorities, timelines and communication in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers and construction professionals on office and retail renovation, expansion and improvement projects, ensuring adherence to design intent, schedule and budget.
- Serve as a key point of contact for property-related emergencies and urgent operational matters, providing timely and effective responses to minimize disruption and risk.
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record and a strong understanding in the management of office and retail properties and experience with tenant improvements/buildout processes, project management, the ability to read blueprints and vendor management.
- The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership across all operational functions, driving efficiency, compliance and excellence in portfolio performance.
Experience:
- 5-10 years of progressive experience in property management and operations of office and retail properties. Salary commensurate with experience.
- Active Pennsylvania Real Estate License and/or relevant industry certification
Work Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 8:30am-4:30pm
Salary:
- $100,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
