Hillary joined the Union Real Estate Operations Team in 2026. She has nearly 20 years of experience in Facilities & Operations Management across multiple industries leading capital improvement projects, state construction programs, and facility strategic planning. She is a member of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) Pittsburgh Chapter Executive Board.
